I have been given this case to solve in an attempt to understand the topic of “patient clinical data analysis” to develop my competency in reading and comprehending clinical data including history, clinical findings, investigation and come up with diagnosis and treatment.  A 42 year old patient came to the OPD with  HOPI : Patient was apparently asymptomatic 4 months ago till she developed burning micturition which was insidious in onset, gradually progressive and relived on taking medication. She also has a history of frequent urination( 10 times per day)  There is history of dragging type of pain in the arms, legs, knee

65F Burning pain all over body since 15days, known hypertensive

I have been given this case to solve in an attempt to understand the topic of “patient clinical data analysis” to develop my competency in reading and comprehending clinical data including history, clinical findings, investigation and come up with diagnosis and treatment.  A 65 year old patient came to the OPD with  HOPI : Patient was apparently asymptomatic 15 days till she developed burning type of pain all over the body, predominantly on the legs and back which was insidious in onset, gradually progressive relived on.       The burning pain is associated with itching which produces lesions on repeated scratching.     Pat

I have been given this case to solve in an attempt to understand the topic of “patient clinical data analysis” to develop my competency in reading and comprehending clinical data including history, clinical findings, investigation and come up with diagnosis and treatment.  A 30 year old patient came to the OPD with  HOPI : Patient was apparently asymptomatic 2 years ago till he developed abdominal bloating and feeling of fullness which was insidious in onset and gradually progressive  It is associated with shortness of breath (which is also present on exertion )and eructation after meals  There are no aggravating or relievi
